The Sunny Villas are located 4 km east of the city of ▶ Sitia by the road to Vai and Zakros, approx. 2 kms from the nearest beach.
On the spacious property there are many olive-, pine- and carob-trees.
A large parking area is located between the two rows of bungalows, and aside there is a pond.

The international airport of Iraklion is 133 kms away, the domestic airport of Sitia 8 kms.
With respect to the winding character of Cretan roads, transfer times from and to the airports must not be underestimated.
